MUST READ!!!
Listen up people, I DO NOT KNOW WHO DID SOME OF THE
ART IN THIS SECTION....just to avoid some confusion. Look, point
is, i've accumilated these pics over 2 and a half years of just
surfing the net looking for mk stuff. I never expected to put
together a site back then, so i didn't get any credits to the
fan art in this section. So unless your name was in the file
name, or your sig is in the pic, or the pic is an IN GAME pic,
then YOU ARE NOT CREDITED. I'm not gonna mess with you, if you
want your work credited, or removed then please E-mail at the
link at the bottom of this page. Please include: 1) the filename
of the pic in question (located under EVERY PICTURE), 2)Whether
you would like your work credited or removed, and 3) obviously
your name if you want it credited. Guys i honestly wanna get
you credited, because there are TONS of great mk artists out
there that deserve to be recognized. I've never claimed to have
done the work in this section, nor have i ever edited it and
reposted it, (besides file format changes).

3)OVERLY GRAPHIC MATERIAL, i realize that blood is
in mk, so its allowed here, but anything me and the other staff
members conclude is to graphic will NOT be posted.
Okay, PHEW, now that thats done, the art pages are
seperated by character, with animated gifs being the last section.
So select a character from the box and have a nice day:)

Making a game like mk isnt just all coding and thinking up a
good storyline, it takes a lot of concept drawing, and the like
to give mk its distinctive Mood. I mean think about it, they
dont hand draw every frame in mk because up until 4 everything
was motion captured right? WRONG! granted the motions might have
been motion captured, but you also need to think about sprites.
Liu Kangs fireball just doesnt appear out of no where now does
it? And what about the backgrounds? Mk games have some of the
most incredibly done backgrounds and sceney's in the business
today...and up until 4...they were drawn in by hand FIRST, and
then edited...you cant get around it, art has always and WILL
always play a huge part in mk. |
